Below please find our policies.  All persons must submit a signed client form prior to appointments. 


DISCLAIMER -- Andye Murphy and PeeKS Group, LLC is neither liable nor responsible for any actions (and their consequences) taken by our clients based on comments, discussions or suggestions occurring within our readings, groups or workshops.  It is our belief a client's energy/spirit is providing insight only -- through the reader or group facilitator.  This insight should not be construed as recommendations -- rather suggestions which s/he may or may not act upon under their own free will.  All courses of action based on theses insights and any interpretation of theses insights are solely the responsibility of the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY -- We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any pre-set appointments.  Refunds are not issued; however, if you decide you do not want a reading or to attend a workshop, then you may transfer any unused services to another person of your choosing. 

LINKS -- Our policy is to provide our customers with informational internet links for additional products, services, references or resources that may be of interest to our clients.  However, we have no control over these other companies and their methods of operation.  Although, we encourage you to explore these resources, we cannot be held responsible for their actions and policies.

PAYMENT -- Payment is accepted online via PayPal (debit or credit cards) for all phone consultations.  Payment for phone sessions must be made online prior to the date of service.  Readings and sessions done in-person must be paid before the session begins via check, cash or credit card.
